Macrame Christmas Tree Supplies
Chasta uses a 3.5 mm multi-ply cord for her Christmas tree with a 12″/30 cm dowel and a small 1.4″/4 cm metal ring.
As a 3.5 mm cord might be hard to find, you can use a 3mm cord by Nook Theory or Bobbiny or opt for a 4 mm or 5 mm cord.
TIP: If you’re using a different type or size of cord, you’ll need to adjust the cord lengths. Remember, if your cord is thicker, cut longer lengths; if it’s thinner, you may be able to use less. Working with a few extra inches on your first try of any new pattern is always better.

I love working with Bobbiny’s high-quality macrame cords! They’re silky soft, eco-friendly, and perfect for beginners. Readers from the U.S. can easily buy their cords through the official distributor, Bobbinycords.us.
If you’re located elsewhere, use this handy guide to find a local Bobbiny cord supplier.
