How to Get Started with Knitting
To start knitting, you only need a pair of needles and wool. You can order handy Knitting Starter Kits on Etsy or find them at your local craft shop.
Patterns are widely available, and you can find many free knitting patterns for beginners on YouTube!

Free Knitting Patterns for Beginners
One of my favorite teachers for knitting is the talented Kika, a knit designer from Helsinki, Finland.
On her YouTube channel Kutovakika, Kika will teach you all the basics and show you how to make your own knitted beanies, sweaters, and summer tops!
The first time I watched a video from Kika, I was blown away by all her creative skills. This video, for example, is definitely one-to-watch if you want to take unique photos of your gorgeous handmade creations!
Kika recently went viral with one of her YouTube videos, where she designed and knitted her Wedding Dress in 6 weeks. How amazing is that!
